Fresh air ventilation (ventilasi udara segar) yang diterapkan didalam gedung Nippon Koei bertujuan agar semua orang yang bekerja merasa segar, nyaman dan sehat. Instalasi fresh air duct dan intake fan air fresh telah terinstalasi didalam gedung dan sebagian telah terkoneksi untuk menghembuskan udara segar kedalam ruangan dan sebagian dipergunakan untuk pasokan udara di tangga darurat (intake pressurized fan).
