Keberadaan televisi, dan hp pun sebagai bentuk inovasi yang berasal dari luar sudah bisa diterima oleh masyarakat Kasepuhan Ciptagelar namun dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang telah disepakati. Masyarakat tidak kaku dan terbuka terhadap teknologi baru yang ditawarkan, karena oleh pimpinan adat sendiri memberi kesempatan kepada warganya untuk berkembang menjadi lebih baik tanpa harus meninggalkan adat, budaya dan norma yang telah ada dalam masyarakat.
