This study aimed to describe: 1) Planting of the moral values of Islam in early childhood in RA PSM Sukowiyono, 2 ) How penanama nnilai-value method of Islam in early childhood in RA PSM Sukowiyono 3) How motivating factors and inhibitors planting moral values of Islam in early childhood. This research is descriptive research kualitatif.Subyek are administrators, educators, students and parents / students. The data collection is done by using the method of observation, interviews, and dokumentasi.Peneliti is the main instrument for doing research assisted by guidelines for observation, interview, and guidelines dokumentasi.Teknik used in the analysis of data is the data display, data reduction, and conclusions. Triangulation is done to clarify the validity of the data using a variety of sources. The results showed that: 1) Planting of the moral values of Islam in early childhood include planning, implementation and evaluation. Planning included a syllabus preparation, RPT, RPB, RPM and SKH.Pelaksanaan has several phases of activity in between warm-up activity, the core activities and activities penutup.Dari some of these activities can be seen the degree of achievement of the development of faith, morality and ibadah.Evaluasi therein covers observation, recording anecdotes, conversations, assignment, appearance and hasilkarya, 2) method of planting the moral values of Islam in early childhood yaitudengan using the method of playing, the method of habituation, methods stories, metodekaryawisata, methods exemplary, method demonstrations, question and answer method, 3 ) supporting factors include educators have the ability to convey the values of Islamic teaching, learners can mimic the movements of worship, although not regularly and have book-bukuIslami.
