AEC akan di laksanakan pada Desember tahun 2015. Sesuai dengan kesepakatan, Indonesia ditunjuk sebagai koordinator negara di sektor otomotif.
Dengan Adanya Seminar ini diharapkan, bisa mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi AEC, terutama di sektor otomotif. Berkaitan dengan desain kendaraan listrik oleh civitas akademik ITS.
