demi mempertahankan kemerdekaan Indonesia, 51 tahun yang lalu. Aku merupakan anak keempat dari delapan bersaudara. Ketiga kakakku sudah berumah tangga, sedang keempat adikku masih duduk di bangku sekolah.
Selama sekolah, aku dapat dikatakan sebagai murid berprestasi. Aku tak pernah terlempar dari urutan 5 besar. Bahkan saat aku masih berseragam putih abu-abu di SMA Negeri 8 Surabaya, aku langganan menjadi juara kelas.
