Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara di Madrasah Tsanawiyah sultan Agung Jabalsari. Kreativitas guru Bahasa Arab merupakan suatu upaya untuk mengembangkan sifat dasar manusia untuk menjadi suatu hal yang baru. Pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung guru menggunakan strategi metode tehnik dan media yang menarik. Media tersebut dapat berupa media visual dan media audio visual sehingga siswa bisa memperhatikan pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Setelah selesai pembelajaran guru memberikan tugas kepada siswa untuk membuat atau mencari mufrodat atau hiwar dan mempraktikkan di depan kelas. 2) masalah kreativitas guru Bahasa Arab serta solusinya di Madrasah Tsanawiyah sultan Agung Jabalsari. Masalah yang sering dihadapi pada saat pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara diantaranya yaitu kurangnya kesadaran siswa dalam belajar Bahasa Arab. Siswa kurang bisa diajak untuk kerjasama dalam proses pembelajaran maupun saat diberikan tugas. Terdapat beberapa sisiwa yang masih kurang menguasai mufrodat bahkan masih ada beberapa siswa yang belum mengenal huruf hija’iyah ataupun belum bisa membaca huruf arab. Solusi dari permasahan tersebut yaitu dengan berusaha menciptakan suasana yang kondusif, efektif dan menyenangkan serta menggunakan strategi, metode, teknik dan media yang menarik dalam proses pembelajaran. Pada saat pembelajaran guru menggunakan beberapa media baik itu media visual dan media audio visual seperti media kartu media gambar dan powerpoint. Guru melatih dari hal yang mendasar, seperti pengenalan huruf hija’iyah, pengenalan mufrodat, dan pengenalan qiro’ah secara bertahap. Solusi lain yang dilakukan guru yaitu dengan menggunakan beberapa permainan seperti tebak kata, praktek hiwar dan pidato berbahasa arab. 3) hasil dari kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara di Madrasah Tsanawiyah sultan Agung Jabalsari adalah dapat menumbuhkan minat belajar siswa yang belum bisa belajar bahasa arab dan dengan membiasakan siswa untuk selalu belajar dan berbicara menggunakan bahasa arab supaya siswa lebih menguasai.
