Telah dilakukan pengukuran keluaran pesawat sinar-X untuk estimasi dosis radiasi pasien pada pemeriksaan thorax, abdomen dan skull. Parameter yang diukur (1) Pengukuran akurasi tegangan tabung, (2) Pengukuran akurasi waktu eksposi, (3) Linieritas keluaran atau laju dosis radiasi, (4) Stabilitas tegangan tabung, waktu eksposi dan keluaran radiasi, (5) kualitas berkas sinar-X. Penelitian menggunakan pesawat sinar-X konvensional merek Toshiba unit model DRX-1824B, dan detektor xi unfors set. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) pesawat sinar-X konvensional merek Toshiba unit model DRX-1824B berada dalam kondisi yang baik, (2) nilai rata-rata estimasi dosis pasien pada pemeriksaan thorax, abdomen dan skull tidak melebihi nilai batas dosis yang diperbolehkan oleh BAPETEN.
