pengalaman yg pernah saya alami pada saat di hotel grand zuri adalah pada saat mencari tempat sewa kamar hotel nya kami kebingungan mencari dan bertanya kepada security di pintu pak dimana tempat sewa kamar hotel nya dan dia bilang di sebelah sana . oh begitu terima kasih pak dan saya pun pergi menuju ke kamar hotel yg saya sewa lalu pada saat mau buka pintu itu saya kira pake kunci rupa nya pake gesek kartu dan saya di tertawakan oleh seorang anak kecil . lalu kami pun beristirahat dan pada keesokan hari nya kami pun bersiap siap karna ingin jalan jalan kami pun ke mall lalu saya waktu mau mencari tempat bermain jadi saya lihat ada anak yg main sebuah game tapi dia kalah di pukul nya game itu lalu dia langsung menangis dan orang tua nya langsung datang dan menenangkan anak itu dan anak itu terus menangis hingga akhrinya di bawa pulang karna malu banyak yg melihat mereka jadi mereka pun pulang . setelah saya sudah puas main saya pun kembali ke hotel dan ber istirahat dan keesokan hari nya kami pun membereskan barang barang kami dan kami pun pulang kerumah .
