Pasca reformasi pemilihan umum lang

Pasca reformasi pemilihan umum langsung sebagai bentuk pilihan sadar dalam menjaga “kedaulatan rakyat”. Menjaga kedaulatan rakyat sejalan dengan membangun demokrasi berbasis penguatan pengetahuan politik. Tidak mungkin rakyat akan memilih dengan sadar dan/atau rasional bila tidak memahami politik. Dahlan Ranuwihardjo mengingatkan bahwa yang tidak mengenal politik akan dimakan oleh politik.
