Bagi karyawan yang tidak menyerahkan cuti formnya tiga hari setelah tanggal tidak masuk kerja maka perusahaan akan langsung mengangap mangkir kecuali karyawan tersebut dalam kondisi sakit sehingga tidak memungkinkan untuk mengisi formulir cutinya dan menyerahkan ke HR.
