1.4. Pre-Operation Engineering
Contractor will be responsible for doing all the engineering activities related to the pre-operation needs new equipment and valves, including regarding the following:
a. The contractor will submit a list of spare parts on two (2) years of related items of new equipment.
b. The Contractor shall prepare Operation and Maintenance Manual is included in the final documentation.
c. The contractor will carry out a review Handling that would indicate a need accessibility and operability.
d. The contractor will prepare design documents related Handling equipment (note calculations, specifications, drawings and the like).
e. The contractor will prepare all the planning documents (FAT Plan, Maintenance Plan and the like)
f. The contractor will make all the documents the procedures required to carry out the function test (hydrotest Procedure, Procedure detail flushing pipes, and the like)
