1.4. Rekayasa Pre-Operation

Kontraktor akan bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan semua aktivitas rekayasa pre-operation terkait kebutuhan peralatan baru dan valves, termasuk perihal dibawah ini:
a. Kontraktor akan mengajukan rekomendasi spare part list dua (2) tahun terkait item peralatan baru.
b. Kontraktor akan menyiapkan Manual Operation dan Perawatan yang termasuk ke dalam final dokumentasi.
c. Kontraktor akan melakukan pengkajian Handling yang akan menunjukkan kebutuhan accessibility dan operabilitas.
d. Kontraktor akan menyiapkan dokumen desain terkait peralatan Handling (catatan kalkulasi, spesifikasi, gambar dan sejenisnya).
e. Kontraktor akan menyiapkan semua dokumen perencanaan (Rencana FAT, Rencana Pemeliharaan dan sejenisnya)
f. Kontraktor akan membuat semua dokumen prosedur yang dibutuhkan untuk melaksanakan Pengujian fungsi (Prosedur Hydrotest, Prosedur detail pembilasan pipa, dan sejenisnya)

1.4. Engineering Pre-Operation The contractor will be responsible for doing all the engineering activities pre-operation related needs new equipment and valves, including subject below:a. the contractor will propose recommendations spare part list two (2) years of related items of new equipment.b. Contractor will prepare a Manual Operation and maintenance that is included in the final documentation.c. the contractor will conduct studies on Handling that will indicate the needs of accessibility and operability.d. the contractor will prepare a design document related equipment Handling (record calculations, specifications, drawings and the like).e. the contractor will prepare all planning documents (Plans, Maintenance Plans and FAT like)f. Contractor will make all documents required to carry out the procedure Testing functions (Procedures, procedure details Hydrotest flushing pipes, and the like)

1.4. Pre-Operation Engineering

Contractor will be responsible for doing all the engineering activities related to the pre-operation needs new equipment and valves, including regarding the following:
a. The contractor will submit a list of spare parts on two (2) years of related items of new equipment.
b. The Contractor shall prepare Operation and Maintenance Manual is included in the final documentation.
c. The contractor will carry out a review Handling that would indicate a need accessibility and operability.
d. The contractor will prepare design documents related Handling equipment (note calculations, specifications, drawings and the like).
e. The contractor will prepare all the planning documents (FAT Plan, Maintenance Plan and the like)
f. The contractor will make all the documents the procedures required to carry out the function test (hydrotest Procedure, Procedure detail flushing pipes, and the like)
