The purpose of this research was to evaluate the system of internal control and operational activity of the HR function at PT STM.PT STM is a company specializing in the management of the building that rents office space and research uses qualitative descriptive method compare between facts and theories that should be carried out and the data can be obtained through interviews, observations, questionnaires and a few documents from the company.The results of this research show that there are still problems in HUMAN RESOURCE functions, such as the new proposal is not processed, the placement of employees who do not comply, the lack of firmness in the running of his duties and the lack of a final interview for the employee to resign.
