Setelah EPC CONTRACTOR menyelesaikan Completion of Commissioning and Trial Operation, EPC CONTRACTOR mengajukan permintaan secara tertulis kepada PROJECT OWNER untuk penyerahan pertama Pekerjaan. PROJECT OWNER melakukan pemeriksaan dan penilaian terhadap hasil Pekerjaan yang telah diselesaikan oleh EPC CONTRACTOR, selanjutnya PROJECT OWNER menerbitkan Berita Acara Serah Terima Pertama, atau menolak permintaan tersebut dengan memberikan alasan dan rincian yang harus diselesaikan EPC CONTRACTOR;

Once the EPC CONTRACTOR finish the Completion of Commissioning and Trial Operation, the EPC CONTRACTOR submits a request in writing to the PROJECT OWNER for the first delivery of the work. PROJECT OWNER performs the examination and assessment of the results of the work already completed by the EPC CONTRACTOR, PROJECT OWNER publishes News First Handover Event, or reject the request by giving the reasons and details that must be resolved EPC CONTRACTOR;

EPC CONTRACTOR after completing Completion of Commissioning and Trial Operation, EPC CONTRACTOR submit a request in writing to the PROJECT OWNER for the first submission Works.
