Dengan ini saya mengajukan permohon

Dengan ini saya mengajukan permohonan izin untuk mengundurkan diri dari Organisasi resmi ( OSIS ) SMAN 96 Jakarta. Adapun alasan dari pengunduran diri ini adalah bekerja extra akhir-akhir ini dan juga saya ingin fokus terhadap pelajaran sekolah.
Saya sudah banyak menimba pengalaman selama menjadi Pengurus Osisdi sini dan semoga kinerja saya bisa menjadikan laju-kembang organisasi Osis. Apabila terdapat kesalahan pada diri saya selama bekerja pada organisasi Osis, saya mohon maaf sebesar-besarnya kepada seluruh angkatan saya dan angkatan kakak-kakak semua.
Besar harapan saya bahwa anda memberikan izin kepada saya untuk mengundurkan diri. Atas perhatiannya, saya ucapkan terima kasih.

As for the reason of this resignation is working extra lately and also I would like to focus on school lessons.I've had a lot of experience in drawing became Caretaker Osisdi here and hopefully I can make the performance rate-raising organization Osis.
