Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, pada soft starting dengan metode induktor dengan nilai induktansi 20 mH didapat arus starting terbaik sebesar 13,25 A dengan torsi starting sebesar 12,8 Nm dan nilai pf yang didapat adalah 0,5.
