Metode Penelitian :Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey observasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah semua bidan yang bertugas di ruang bersalin yang melakukan asuhan Persalinan Normal (APN) 58 langkah, pada ibu bersalin normal di Puskesmas Poasia Kota Kendari tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 12 orang. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 Oktober sampai dengan 17 Oktober 2014.
Hasil Penelitian : Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran penatalaksanaan asuhan kebidanan menurut 7 langkah Varney pada ibu bersalin normal 100% bidan sudah baik dalam melakukan pengkajian, pada tahap perumusan diagnose masalah actual 100% baik, pada tahap perumusan diagnose masalah potensial 100% baik, pada tahap identifikasi kebutuhan yang memerlukan penanganan segera dan kolaborasi 100% baik, pada tahap perencanaan 100% baik, pada tahap pelaksanaan 96,5% baik, dan pada tahap evaluasi 100% baik.
