2. Untuk pengurangan volume tekan tombol (B) searah jarum jam.dan sebaliknya jika untuk penambahan.
3. Untuk mengambil sampel tekan bagian ujung micropipette dengan ibu jari,kemudian lepaskan perlahan agar sampel bisa terambil.
4.Tekan kembali bagian ujung micropipette untuk mengeluarkan sampel dari blue tip ke cawan/Membran Filter
5. Tekan bagian Ujung micropipette yang berwarna abu2.agar blue tip terlepas dari micropipette.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

1.Set volume / variable desired played dg
2. to press the volume reduction (b) otherwise if jam.dan clockwise to increase.
3. to take a sample press micropipette with the tip of the thumb, then release it slowly so that the sample could be drawn.
4.tekan back end portion micropipette to dispense samples of blue tip into the cup / membrane filter
5.press the tip of the micropipette abu2.agar colored blue tip regardless of the micropipette.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

1. set the volume of the NNW on want/dg play
2. For the reduction of the volume press the button (B) clockwise and vice versa if for additions.
3. To take a sample hit the tip of the micropipette with thumb, then release it slowly so that the sample can be fetched.
4. press again the tip of the micropipette to dispense samples of blue tip into a cup/Membrane Filter
5. Press the tip of the micropipette abu2. for colored blue tip regardless of the micropipette.
