Hal ini merupakan salah satu bentuk apresiasi yang dilakukan masyarakat beragama Hindu. Namun, di Batam, ritual Hindu ini lalu dijadikan sebuah event dan banyak diminati oleh masyarakat local pula. Bukan merupakan kegiatan tahunan.
