Every year many undergraduate students and D3 Tata dress choose carry out industry practices in the field of business, because business is fashion boutique that produces fashion exclusively and students hope to have additional more science than other fashion businesses and useful. The facts on the ground there are opportunities that the industry is not in accordance with the competencies belonging to students.The purpose of this research is to know the mapping of existing learning opportunities at a boutique industry practices place the student in accordance with the basic competence that owned undergraduate students and D3 Fashion Layout.The researchers used a qualitative approach to the types of descriptive research because it can reveal a mapping of existing learning opportunities at a boutique place industry practices. The boutique, which provided the data sources in this study there are five boutique in the city of Malang are for undergraduate students and industry practices D3 Tata Clothing namely Victory * Embroidery * Palace Salon & Boutique, Value of Andy Sugix, Iwan Bridal Salon, Reve, and Silla Couture Moda. Gathering techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Checking the validity of data use increases the perseverance, triangulation of data sources, and triangulation techniques.The results of the analysis of the data found were (1) design includes design images and picture pattern: students get the opportunity of learning to draw a fashion design student who obtained moderate industry practices on Iwan Bridal salons and students get the opportunity to make learning patterns are students that industry practices on Victory * Embroidery * Palace Salon & Boutique and Value of Andy Sugix, (2) Preparation of materials : students who are carrying out industry practices at five boutiques got no chance of learning to prepare materials, (3) Cutting: a student carrying out industry practices on Victory * Embroidery * Palace Salon & Boutique, Reve Couture, Bridal Salon, Iwan and the Value of learning opportunities got Sugix Andy cutting materials, (4) Sewing: students got the opportunity of learning to sew a boutique place on five industry practices, (5) Finishing: students got the opportunity of learning the boutique place finishing on five industry practices (6) clothing Decoration: students got the opportunity of learning to decorate clothing boutique place on five industry practices, (7) Pressing: students got the opportunity of learning, ironing on five boutique place industry practices, (8) accessories and millineris: a student who were industry practices on Reve Couture and Value of learning opportunities got Sugix Andy making accessories as for millineris not all boutique provides even provides in general order on the other side , (9) Quality Control: students don't get the opportunities of learning quality control at five boutique place industry practices, (10) marketing: a student carrying out industry practices on the Value Of Andy Sugix and Silla Moda marketing learning opportunities got the form accompany the consumer doing fittings accompanied by Boutique owner, and (11) fixes/repairs: a student who got the opportunity of learning do repairs on clothing that carries out industry practices on the mode of Silla. Based on the results of the research done advice that can be given is to invoke the policy researcher to the owner of the Boutique to give opportunities of learning who have not given to the student to provide the opportunity of learning to students who will carry out industry practices back in their boutiques and to researchers next to do a similar study in the field of fashion industry practices such as garment, convection, and educational institutions Outside the fashion Field School (LPK).
