Apabila PEMBELI tidak mengosongkan

Apabila PEMBELI tidak mengosongkan dan menyerahkan tanah dan bangunan kepada PENJUAL, maka atas keterlambatan tersebut PEMBELI dikenakan denda 500.000 rupiah untuk setiap hari keterlambatan, denda mana wajib dibayar sekaligus lunas kepada PENJUAL.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

If the Purchaser does not vacate and hand over the land and buildings to the SELLER, the BUYER for the delay imposed a fine of 500,000 dollars for each day of delay, a fine which must be paid at once in full to the SELLER.
