Project pertama yang pernah dikerja

Project pertama yang pernah dikerjakan Billy tahun 2015 saat pertama kali bergabung dalam organisasi kami adalah membuat Project Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Tanaman Bambu bagi masyarakat di daerah perdesaan di Pulau Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Billy menunjukkan inisiatifnya dengan menyusun desain program, mencari fasilitator dan aktif berjejaring dengan melalui pencarian di sosial media. Meskipun belum pernah melakukan kunjungan lapangan, cara Billy berjejaring berkenalan dengan aktivis lokal melalui sosial media merupakan keputusan yang tepat. Pada saat kegiatan dilangsungkan, tidak ada penolakan dari masyarakat dan birokrasi setempat, sehingga program bisa mencapai target. Billy juga memberikan laporan ke manajemen dengan rapi dan mengelola keuangan dengan baik.Dia dengan baik dapat bekerja dalam tim dan menyesuaikan diri dalam tempo kerja tim.

Billy also provide reports to management with neat and managing their finances well. He is well able to work in teams and adapt within the work team.
