Penyerahan tanah dan bangunan tersebut adalah mutlak. Waktu penyerahan tanah dan bangunan tersebut Perbaikan kerusakan terhadap bangunan selama Masa Pemeliharaan dalam Pasal 9 Perjanjian ini baru dapat dilakukan oleh PENJUAL setelah pelaksanaan BAST. Perbaikan kerusakan dapat dilakukan oleh PENJUAL setelah PEMBELI terlebih dahulu mengisi formulir PPR yang disetujui oleh PARA PIHAK.
