In the exercise of duties, the Board of Commissioners is responsible to the GMS which is the embodiment of the accountability of oversight of the management of the company in the framework of the implementation of the principles of GCG.

In carrying out the duties, the Board of Commissioners is responsible to the AGM which is a manifestation of accountability supervising the management of the company in the implementation of corporate governance principles.
