Untuk seluruh kegiatan ini akan didukung dengan dokumen administratif baik sebagai tanda terima maupun sebagai bukti kegiatan (Service Report) yang diketahui oleh pelanggan.
3. Layanan Perbaikan Pada Saat Diperlukan
Layanan ini diberikan kepada pelanggan yang membutuhkan bantuan perbaikan tanpa dikenakan tambahan biaya. Dalam pelaksanaan layanan tersebut, pelanggan hanya melaporkan masalah kerusakan baik melalui telepon atau IM (Internet Messenger) ke customer service kami.
4. Layanan Gangguan Pada Software
Hambatan operasional yang disebabkan oleh gangguan Virus atau melakukan installasi ulang (Re- Install software). Layanan jasa inipun tidak dikenakan biaya.

Bagi Pelanggan yang menggunakan komputer lebih dari 200 unit akan mendapat pelayanan khusus, berupa penempatan teknisi secara On-Site atau ditempatkan di Kantor Pelanggan untuk mempercepat pelayanan perbaikan apabila sewaktu-waktu diperlukan.
