Selain meningkatkan minat baca siswa, hal lain yang saya lakukan adalah mendirikan komunitas anak muda desa yang bertujuan sebagai wadah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengembangkan potensi dari kearifan lokal yang ada, di samping itu kegiatan ini juga mengajak anak-anak muda desa menjadi calon pemimpin dan mampu meneruskan sekolah ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi.
