This research aims to know the level of satisfaction of outpatient service quality against the installation of the Islamic Hospital Unisma Pharmacy. This research uses the method desriptif. Research conducted at the Islamic Hospital Unisma using 100 respondents sampled outpatient research. Data analysis using descriptive analysis to describe the characteristics of respondents and analysis of importance performance matrix to compare the perceptions of the respondents against the level of expectations and performance levels.
