PENJUAL dan PEMBELI dengan ini setu

PENJUAL dan PEMBELI dengan ini setuju dan sepakat untuk membuat dan menandatangani AJB dihadapan PPAT yang ditunjuk oleh PENJUAL setelah terpenuhinya syarat-syarat dan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
a. PEMBELI telah memenuhi seluruh kewajibannya kepada PENJUAL berdasarkan Perjanjian ini termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada denda keterlambatan pembayaran Harga Penikatan (jika ada).
b. Sertipikat HGB atas nama PENJUAL telah dikeluarkan oleh instansi yang berwenang dan telah diterima oleh PENJUAL.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

Seller and buyer hereby agree and agree to make and sign before the AJB CONVEYANCER who is appointed by the seller after you satisfy the terms and conditions as follows:a. the BUYER has fulfilled all obligations to the seller under this agreement, including but not limited to delay in payment Price Penikatan fines (if any).b. DEFINITION of the certificate on behalf of the SELLER have been issued by an authorized agency and has been accepted by the seller.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

SELLER and BUYER hereby agree and have agreed to make and sign before the PPAT AJB designated by the SELLER after the fulfillment of the terms and conditions as follows:
a. Purchaser has met all its obligations to the SELLER under this Agreement, including but not limited to late payment penalties Penikatan price (if any).
b. HGB certificate on behalf of the SELLER has been issued by the competent authority and has been accepted by the SELLER.
