Dari tabel diatas didapat masa pakai bangunan tinjauan umum masa pakai selama 40 tahun sebelum LCC senilai Rp. 551.111.673 per tahun sedangkan efektifitas masa pakai bangunan setelah LCC senilai Rp. 665.742.901 per tahun menjadi 33 tahun ; dapat dilihat sebagai berikut :
