Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan domestik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010 – 2012. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan domestik yang terdaftar di BEI Periode 2010 – 2012. Profitabilitas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan domestik yang terdaftar di BEI Periode 2010 – 2012. Ukuran perusahaan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan domestik yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2010 – 2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan mampu menjelaskan variasi tingkat pertumbuhan dan nilai koefisien kolerasi (R) menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara profitabilitas dan ukuran perysahaan terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan domestik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to know the significance of the influence of profitability and the size of the company against the growth rate of domestic companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange period 2010 – 2012. Analysis tools are used multiple linear regression. Analysis results revealed that profitability and the size of the company simultaneously does not influence significantly to the growth rate of domestic companies listed in BEI Period 2010 – 2012. Partially profitability may have no effect on the company's domestic growth rates registered in the Period 2010 – 2012 BEI. The size of the company partially do not affect significantly to the growth rate of domestic companies listed in BEI period 2010 – 2012. The results showed that profitability and the size of the companies able to explain variations in growth rates and the value of the coefficient of kolerasi (R) indicates that there is no relationship between profitability and the size of the perysahaan against the growth rate of domestic companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange.

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of firm size on profitability and growth rate of domestic companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2010-2012. Analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of analysis show that the size of the company's profitability and simultaneously no significant effect on the growth rate of domestic companies listed on the Stock Exchange Period 2010-2012. Profitability partially no significant effect on the rate of growth of domestic companies listed on the Stock Exchange Period 2010-2012. Firm size is partial no significant effect on the rate of growth of domestic companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2010-2012. Results showed that profitability and firm size can explain the variations in growth rate and correlation coefficient (R) indicates that there is no relationship between profitability and size perysahaan to rate growth of domestic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
