Masuk ke wilayah pabrik, Prayogo, Sales & Marketing Director AIO, dan Pratiwi Juniarsih, Plant Director, memandu perjalanan kami ke Factory Theatre yang terletak di lantai tiga. Layaknya di gedung bioskop, di sana kami disuguhi pemutaran film mengenai sejarah PT AOI, Otsuka dan profil produk minuman isotonik tersebut. Dari jendela ruangan ini pula kami bisa mendapatkan pemandangan tampak atas suasana pabrik berlatar panorama Gunung Salak.
Usai pemutaran film, perjalanan dilanjutkan ke jantung pabrik untuk menyaksikan kegiatan produksi Pocari Sweat. Suasananya terasa seperti berada di Sea World Ancol. Proses produksi—mulai dari pencampuran bahan baku sampai pengemasannya—bisa disaksikan melalui jendela kaca yang sekaligus berfungsi sebagai pagar sepanjang lorong. Siapa pun yang ikut dalam perjalanan seperti ini, tanpa dijelaskan pun akan percaya mengenai higienitas produk.
