Dalam hal ini masyarakat kampung Cikareumbi mengadakan acara ruwatan lembur sebagai rasa syukur atas nikmat yang telah diberikan Allah SWT dan diikuti oleh masyarakat kampung Cikareumbi baik pria ataupun wanita dan dari berbagai kalangan usia. Secara tidak langsung terdapat proses pewarisan dari generasi yang tua kepada generasi yang muda. Kaum muda melihat dan berpartisipasi dalam acara ruwatan lembur dan pastinya mereka paham mengenai rangkaian proses acara dan mereka mulai menanyakan bagaimana makna dari setiap proses acara ruwatan lembur.
