Jakarta, Jia Xiang – Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) pesimis proyek monorail akan berjalan lancar. Hal itu dikemukakan Ahok menanggapi tersendatnya proyek konstruksi monorail saat ini.
Rasa pesimis Ahok itu muncul setelah mendengar pernyataan pihak PT Monorail yang mengatakan bahwa kegagalan merupakan jalan menuju kesuksesan.
Kini banyak pihak yang meragukan pembangunan monorail bisa terlaksana sesuai rencana dan fungsinya sebagai cara untuk mengatasi kemacetan di Jakarta.

"Yang penting mereka jangan berlindung di balik pernyataan bahwa kesuksesan akan diraih setelah melalui sejumlah kegagalan,” ujar Ahok di Balai Kota Jakarta, Senin (17/2/14).

Sementara itu, pihak PT Jakarta Monorail (JM) membantah bila proyek tersebut meragukan bisa dilanjutkan. Juru Bicara PT JM, Melalui juru bicara mereka, Rosa Bovananto, Senin (17/2/14) mengatakan bahwa proyek yang digagas sejak pemerintahan Sutiyoso ini masih akan terus berlanjut.

"Proses pengerjaan proyek monorel sudah dan masih tetap berjalan sampai sekarang, sekalipun tidak terlihat ada alat-alat berat yang bekerja," ujar Rosa.

Saat ini, tambah Rosa, mereka tengah melakukan tahapan persiapan pembangunan sehingga secara umum belum ada pengerjaan fisik.

Sejak peletakan batu pertama (groundbreaking) pada 16 Oktober 2013, PT JM harus menyelesaikan sejumlah masalah administrasi, seperti klausul Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) proyek Monorail antara PT JM dengan Pemprov DKI. "MoU itu masih dalam pembahasan dan semua ada tahapnya sehingga tidak langsung sekaligus jadi. Makanya, kita masih tunggu hasil MoU ini," ujar Rosa.

Rosa menambahkan, setelah MoU selesai, PT JM akan memagari jalur Blue Line dari Kampung Melayu hingga Tomang. Namun, langkah itu ditunda karena mesti menunggu surat izin dari Dinas Pertamanan DKI.[For/W1]
