C. Sasaran dan Fokus Penelitian
Sasaran penelitian ini adalah implementasi Program Pembangunan Desa Mandiri Berbasis Masyarakat untuk mencapai tujuan yaitu semakin efektifnya upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan berbasis kemandirian desa dengan mengidentifikasi jaringan aktor yang terlibat dalam proses implementasi program, bagaimana pelaksanaan dan sumber daya yang dikerahkan serta aktivitas pelaku dalam upaya pengintegrasian sumber daya, penguatan kelembagaan dan norma serta pengembangan produk unggulan sesuai potensi desa dengan cara mendorong sinergi antara arahan program/kegiatan Pemerintah Daerah dengan fasilitasi keberdayaan masyarakat.

Objectives and Research FocusThis research goal is the implementation of the Program of development of community-based Independent Villages to achieve a goal that is increasingly effective efforts of poverty reduction-based self-reliance village with identifying networks of actors involved in the process of implementation of the program, how is the implementation and the resources mobilized and the activity of the perpetrators in an effort to further integration of resources, strengthening of the institutional and product development as well as the norms of appropriate potential flagship village by way of encouraging synergy between referral program/activities of the local government with facilitation of keberdayaan society.
