Handphone merupakan alat telekomuni

Handphone merupakan alat telekomunikasi elektronik dua arah yang mudah dibawa dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengirimkan pesan,suara,media hiburan,bisnis, dan sebagainya. Dewasa ini banyak sekali gangguan yang muncul yaitu penggunaan handphone di dalam pesawat terbang.Menurut instruksi Direktur Keselamatan Penerbangan Dirjen Perhubungan Udara melalui suratnya No. AU/4357/DKP.0975/2003 tentang larangan penggunaan ponsel di dalam pesawat udara,hal ini sudah di terbitkan oleh FAA (Badan Penerbangan Federal AS) sejak tahun 1991.Terdapat pula di Pasal 33 Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Kemudian Pasal 54 huruf f Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2009 Tentang Penerbangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang simulasi sebuah alat yang mampu mendeteksi frekuensi sinyal handphone menggunakan mikrokontroller atmega16 yang memberikan nyala led dan bunyi buzzer apabila ada handphone yang belum dimatikan sebagai upaya mengantisipasi terjadinya kecelakaan. Resiko terjadinya kecelakaan pesawat bukan saja dari kelalaian teknik, penerbang ataupun cuaca, dari penumpang yang tidak mau mentaati peraturan juga bisa menjadi faktor dari terjadinya kecelakaan pesawat.

Mobile telecommunication is a tool of electronic two-way portable and have the ability to send messages, sound, entertainment media, business, and so on. According to the instruction of the Director of flight safety Department of transport air through its letter No. AU/4357/DKP. 0975/2003 on the prohibition of the use of mobile phones within the aircraft, it is already published by the FAA (Federal Aviation Agency of the USA) since year 1991. This research aims to design a simulation tool that able to detect frequency signals using mobile mikrokontroller atmega16 which gives the flame led and buzzer sounds when there is mobile phone that has not been turned off in an effort to anticipate the occurrence of accidents.
