Nowadays lots of distractions that have emerged, namely the use of mobile phones in aircraft. According to the instruction of the Director of flight safety Department of transport air through its letter No. AU/4357/DKP. 0975/2003 on the prohibition of the use of mobile phones within the aircraft, it is already published by the FAA (Federal Aviation Agency of the USA) since year 1991. There is also article 33 law number 11 Year 2008 Then Article 54 subparagraph f Act No. 1 of 2009 About the flight. This research aims to design a simulation tool that able to detect frequency signals using mobile mikrokontroller atmega16 which gives the flame led and buzzer sounds when there is mobile phone that has not been turned off in an effort to anticipate the occurrence of accidents.
