Dalam hal SERVICE PROVIDER karena sebab apapun selain Keadaan Kahar tidak dapat melaksanakan kewajiban kewajibannya berdasarkan Perjanjian maka SERVICE PROVIDER wajib mengembalikan seluruh biaya yang telah di bayarkan oleh SERVICE USER sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 7 Perjanjian ini.
