Transaksi keuangan pada kegiatan proyek yang membebankan biaya ke rekening BGPP harus didukung oleh bukti bukti asli yang memenuhi syarat sebagai berikut :

1. Invoice dari vendor terhadap jasa atau barang yang diserahkan kepada implementer
2. Bukti transaksi asli yang dikeluarkan oleh vendor seperti struk taksi, billing hotel, kwitansi asli dari toko dan lain sebagainya dengan syarat asli
3. Bukti harus lengkap nama vendor, alamat, no telpon
4. Bukti tertentu seperti sewa mobil harus di lengkapi dengan foto kopi KTP driver dan STNK mobil

2. Evidence of the original transaction issued by vendors such as taxi receipts, billing hotel, original receipt from the store and so forth with the original condition
3. Proof must complete the vendor's name, address, telephone number
4. Proof of certain rental car should be equipped with a photocopy of the ID cards of drivers and vehicle license car
