SERVICE PROVIDER:

(i) ) SERVICE PROVIDER adalah suatu badan usaha yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Negara Republik Indonesia dan yang bergerak dibidang penyediaan Jasa Konsultasi Manajemen Surat Izin Usah a No. 288 / 27 . 1 . 0 / 31 . 74 . 02 . 1004 / 1 . 824 / 2015 tertanggal 26 Februari 2015 .

(ii) SERVICE PROVIDER saat ini tidak terlibat dalam suatu tindakan atau perselisihan dalam bentuk apapun yang sedang berlangsung di pengadilan atau dengan suatu instansi pemerintah lainnya, yang dapat mempengaruhi kemampuannya untuk memenuhi kewajiban-kewajiban yang dituangkan dalam Perjanjian ini.

(iii) Tidak diperlukan adanya persetujuan dari pihak lain manapun untuk penandatanganan, pembuatan atau pelaksanaan Perjanjian ini, dan penandatanganan, pembuatan atau pelaksanaan Perjanjian ini (i) tidak dan tidak akan bertentangan dengan suatu ketentuan



undang-undang Republik Indonesia yang berlaku, dan/atau (ii) tidak dan tidak akan melanggar, atau menyebabkan pelanggaran dari, atau merupakan wanprestasi, atau membutuhkan persetujuan tertentu atas setiap indenture, perjanjian pinjaman bank atau perjanjian kredit, Perjanjian sewa, perjanjian atau instrumen lain dimana SERVICE PROVIDER menjadi salah satu pihak atau terikat olehnya, atau undang-undang atau keputusan pengadilan yang mengikat SERVICE PROVIDER atau salah satu usaha, properti atau asetnya.

(iv) Tidak ada tuntutan, tindakan, gugatan, proses hukum atau penyelidikan yang sedang berlangsung terhadap SERVICE PROVIDER, yang hasilnya akan berdampak negatif terhadap transaksi-transaksi yang dimaksudkan dalam Perjanjian ini, dan tidak ada perintah, panggilan tertulis, keputusan, ketetapan, atau penyitaan terhadap SERVICE PROVIDER yang akan berdampak negatif terhadap kemampuan SERVICE PROVIDER untuk memenuhi kewajiban-kewajibannya berdasarkan Perjanjian ini.

Hasil (Inggris) 1:

SERVICE PROVIDER:(i) the SERVICE PROVIDER) is a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and engaged in the provision of Management Consulting Services Have a Permission Letter No. 288/27. 1. 0/31. 74. 02. 1004/1. 824/2000 dated February 26, 2015.(ii) the SERVICE PROVIDER does not currently engage in an act or disputes of any kind in court or with an other government agencies, which may affect its ability to meet the obligations set forth in this agreement.(iii) not required approval from any other parties for the signing, the creation or implementation of this agreement, and the signing, creation or implementation of this agreement (i) is not and shall not be contrary to any provision the legislation of the Republic of Indonesia, and/or (ii) does not and will not violate, or cause a breach of, or is a tort, or require specific approval of any indenture, agreement of bank loans or credit agreements, lease agreements, treaties or other instruments where the SERVICE PROVIDER is becoming one of the parties or be bound by it, or laws or court decisions that bind SERVICE PROVIDER or one effort , property or assets.(iv) there is no such claim, action, suit, legal proceeding or investigation is underway against the SERVICE PROVIDER, the results of which will negatively impact those transactions that are referred to in this agreement, and no orders, call writing, decisions, statutes, or a foreclosure against a SERVICE PROVIDER that will negatively impact the ability of SERVICE PROVIDERS to meet their obligations under this agreement.

Hasil (Inggris) 2:

SERVICE PROVIDER: (i)) SERVICE PROVIDER is a business entity incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and engaged in the provision of Management Consultancy Services I Need a Permit No. 288/27. 1. 0/31. 74. 02. 1004/1. 824/2015 dated February 26, 2015. (Ii) SERVICE PROVIDER is not currently involved in an action or dispute of any kind which are taking place in court or with some other government agencies, which may affect its ability to meet the obligations set forth in the Agreement This. (iii) no need for the consent of any other party to the signing, the making or implementation of this Agreement, and signing, manufacture or performance of this Agreement (i) do not and will not conflict with a provision of the laws of the Republic of Indonesia applicable, and / or (ii) are not and will not violate, or cause a violation of, or constitute a default, or require specific consent for any indenture, loan agreement the bank or credit agreement, lease agreement, treaty or other instruments which the SERVICE PROVIDER become one of the parties or bound by it, or legislation or court decisions are binding SERVICE PROVIDER or any of the business, property or assets. (iv) There is no claim, action, suit, proceeding or investigation ongoing against SERVICE PROVIDER, the results will have a negative impact to the transactions referred to in this Agreement, and no order, subpoena, judgment, decree, or confiscation of the SERVICE PROVIDER will negatively affect SERVICE PROVIDER's ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
