20.5. Apabila Keadaan Kahar tidak disetujui oleh PIHAK yang menerima pemberitahuan Keadaan Kahar, maka PARA PIHAK akan tetap melaksanakan kewajibannya sesuai dengan syarat-syarat dan ketentuan-ketentuan dalam Perjanjian

12.7. If Circumstances Kahar is not approved by the party receiving the notice State of Kahar, then the PARTIES will still implement its obligations in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Treaty
