Selama AJB belum ditandatangani, apabila PEMBELI bermaksud mengganti letak dan/atau mengalihkan hak atas tanah dan/bangunan, maka untuk penggantian letak dan/atau pengalihan hak atas tanah dan/atau bangunan dimaksud Pembeli terlebih dahulu mengajukan permohonan secara tertulis kepada PENJUAL untuk dimintai persetujuannya bilamana disetujui secara tertulis oleh penjual berlaku untuk 1 kali penggantian letak dan pengalihan hak atas tanah dan bangunan. Dalam hal PENJUAL tidak memberikan persetujuannya (secara tertulis),maka pembeli dengan ini tidak berhak menuntut PENJUAL dalam bentuk apapun. Dikecualikan bilamana PEMBELI mendapatkan pihak lain yang ingin mengambil alih atas tanah dan bangunan PEMBELI dan untuk pengalihan ini berlaku ketentuan pasal 11 perjanjian artikel ini.
