Adalah dokumen persetujuan dari SKK Migas untuk dokumen permohonan AFE close out yang diajukan KKKS, dengan mempertimbangkan hasil evaluasi oleh fungsi biaya terkait di SKK Migas terhadap suatu pekerjaan yang telah selesai dikerjakan dan telah sesuai dengan standard biaya dan P3 sesuai dengan ketentuan PTK AFE.
