Berdasarkan hasil tender BF 10055 (Jasa Survey Kondisi Land Rig 750 HP Untuk Blok A) pada rapat penjelasan dokumen pengadaan yang diselenggarakan tanggal 21 Oktober 2016 hanya dihadiri oleh 2 (dua) perwakilan peserta lelang. Sehingga tidak kuorum dan akan dilakukan lelang ulang. Apabila lelang ulang diteruskan akan membutuhkan waktu lebih dari 1 bulan untuk memperoleh pemenang lelang.
