bank tidak menyetujui permohonan KPR yang diajukan oleh pembeli atas pertimbangan bank semata-mata dan bukan karena sebab sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat 3.4 (a) pasal ini, dan PEMBELI bermaksud untuk membatalkan perjanjian ini, maka berlaku ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 12 ayat 12.3 perjanjian ini.

the Bank did not approve the MORTGAGE petition filed by the buyer upon consideration of the bank and not solely because of the reasons mentioned in paragraph 2.1 (a) of this article, and the buyer intends to cancel this agreement, then apply the provisions referred to in article 12 paragraph 12.3 of this agreement.

the bank does not approve the loan application submitted by the buyer for the bank considerations and not solely due to conditions referred to in paragraph 3.4 (a) of this article, and Purchaser intend to cancel this agreement, then apply the provisions referred to in Article 12 paragraph 12.3 of this agreement ,
