Menanggapi surat ref : 242/KIK-DC/I

Menanggapi surat ref : 242/KIK-DC/Infrastructure Ph 1A-2/04/16, May 19th 2016, mengenai keterlambatan pekerjaan di lokasi Diversion Road Phase 1A-2, berikut penjelasan dari kami sebagai bahan pertimbangan :
1. Terkendalanya cuaca pada periode bulan Desember 2015, Januari 2016, Februari 2016 (terlampir data pengamatan cuaca) dan kami sudah berkoordinasi dan menginformasikan lewat email (terlampir)
2. Terkendala proses lokasi stok material sirtu, kami berinisiatif untuk meminta persetujuan dari PT KIK untuk membuat lahan sebagai tempat stok sementara material sirtu, (attaced a letter, Februari 12th 2016)
3. Terkendala waktu proses penetapan harga pekerjaan PVD dan Geotextile (terlampir surat menyurat)
4. Terkendala di proses legalitas pelaksanaan pekerjaan PVD yang instruction letter mengenai perubahan dimensi (terlampir tanggal 18 Maret 2016) dan kami baru menerima gambar shop drawing approval pada tanggal 7 April 2016 (terlampir).


Demikian dapat kami sampaikan penjelasan dan klarifikasi mengenai keterlambatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan di area lokasi Diversion Road, dan kami akan tetap berusaha untuk segera menyelesaikan pekerjaan di area Diversion Road.

Responding to a letter ref: 242 / KIK-DC / Infrastructure Ph 1A-2/04/16, May 19th 2016, regarding the delay in the work on site Diversion Road Phase 1A-2, the following explanation of our consideration:
1. Terkendalanya weather in the period December 2015, January 2016, February 2016 (attached to the weather observation data) and we have coordinated and informed via email (attached)
2. Constrained by the location of the stock material sirtu, we took the initiative to seek approval from PT KIK to make the land as a temporary stock material sirtu, (attaced a letter, February 12th 2016)
3. Constrained by time pricing process PVD work and Geotextile (attached correspondence)
4. Constrained in the legality of execution of work PVD that instruction letter regarding the dimensional change (attached dated March 18, 2016) and we just received a picture shop drawing approval on 7 April 2016 (attached). So we can say the explanation and clarification regarding the delay in the execution of work in the area Diversion Road location, and we will keep trying to quickly finish the job in the area Diversion Road.
