ketika saya menjadi seorang ketua acara di organisasi kampus,banyak sekali hambatan yang terjadi di semua divisi. tindakan yang saya ambil untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada yaitu saya mencari tahu secara personal untuk melihat seberapa besar permasalahan yang terjadi. setelah itu saya memberikan solusi untuk permasalahan yang terjadi. hasilnya permasalahan selesai dan semua divisi berjalan lancar.
