HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN SIKAP DAN MOTIVASI PERAWAT MENGENAI KONTROL INFEKSI DENGAN TINDAKAN PENCEGAHAN KEJADIAN FLEBITIS DI RUANG PERAWATAN DEWASA DI RSUD BANGKA TENGAH 2015

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Flebitis digambarkan sebagai peradangan yang mengenai lapisan endothelia dalam vena yang disebabkan karena terdapat iritasi kimia, fisik maupun mekanik. Sampai saat ini Flebitis, masih merupakan problem serius yang dihadapi oleh setiap rumah sakit. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil pemantauan di ruang rawat inap dewasa RSUD Bangka Tengah tahun 2014 sebanyak 87 pasien dari 7.750 pasien.
Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk menganalisa hubungan pengetahuan sikap dan motivasi perawat mengenai kontrol infeksi dengan tindakan pencegahan kejadian flebitis di ruang perawatan dewasa di RSUD Bangka Tengah.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan angket observasi. Jumlah sampel 60 perawat yang bekerja di RSUD Bangka Tengah. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Data yang diperoleh diolah secara statistik dengan menggunakan uji statistik non parametric Kolmogorov - Smirnof (K-S) dan Uji Analisis Korelasi.

Hasil:Ada hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan motivasi perawat mengenai kontrol infeksi dengan tindakan pencegahan kejadian flebitis. Semua variabel nilainya > 0,05 sehingga H0 diterima. Uji Korelasi angka signifikansi Pengetahuan dengan Sikap 0,567 (0,000);Pengetahuan dengan Motivasi 0,591 (0,000); Pengetahuan dengan Tindakan 0,634 (0,000); Sikap dengan Motivasi 0,678 (0,000); Sikap dengan Tindakan 0,663 (0,000) dan Motivasi dengan Tindakan 0,683 (0,000);
Simpulan: Sikap Perawat perlu ditingkatkan dengan mengikuti Pendidikan keperawatan, Disamping itu untuk memperluas pengetahuan perawat dapat melalui media informasi yang telah diperoleh dari berbagai sumber literatur yang lebih jelas dan lugas.

Data collection is done by a questionnaire and question form of observation. The number of samples 60 nurses who work in HOSPITALS Central Bangka. Sampling with proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data obtained processed statistically using non parametric statistical test of Kolmogorov-Smirnof (K-S) Test and Correlation Analysis.Results: there is a relationship of knowledge, attitudes and motivation of nurses regarding infection control precautions with the incidence of phlebitis. All the variables value > 0.05 so that H0 is accepted. Test the correlation of number significance of knowledge with attitude 0,567 (0.000); Knowledge with the motivation of 0,591 (0.000); Knowledge with Action 0,634 (0.000); Attitude with motivation 0,678 (0.000); Attitude with action 0,663 (0.000) and motivation with action 0,683 (0.000); Summary: the nurse's Attitude needs to be improved by following nursing education, in addition to expanding knowledge of nurses can be through the medium of information that has been obtained from various literary sources that are more clear and straightforward.Key Words: Nurse, Infection Control Actions, Prevention Of Phlebitis.Bibliography: 31 (1997-2000)
