Gambaran Pengetahuan Ibu hamil tentang Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas Jakarta Timur Tahun 2014.

Terdiri dari 99 halaman + 14 tabel + 5 lampiran + 4 matrik

ABSTRAK

Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Merupakan jaminan berupa perlindungan kesehatan agar peserta memperoleh manfaat pemeliharaan kesehatan dan perlindungan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kesehatan yang diberikan kepada setiap orang yang telah membayar iuran atau iurannya dibayar oleh pemerintah. Setiap Peserta berhak memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan yang mencakup pelayanan promotif, preventif, kuratif, dan rehabilitatif termasuk pelayanan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai dengan kebutuhan medis yang diperlukan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui pengetahuan ibu nifas tentang pemanfaat JKN di wilayah Ciracas Jakarta Timur yang telah memeriksakan diri di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas Jakarta Timur 2014.

Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Fenomenologis, Informan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu 3 orang Ibu Nifas dan 1 orang Pengelola JKN dengan teknik purpose sampling, Data dapat dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan wawancara Mendalam.

Hasil penelitian berdasarkan kelompok umur, pendidikan terakhir dari informan, pekerjaan, dan jumlah anak dari Informan ibu nifas . Alasan responden menggunakan JKN karena Jampersal sudah tidak diberlakukan dan mudah mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan dipuskesmas, selain itu Kartu JKN dapat membantu mengurangi beban ekonomi berdasarkan hasil tersebut diharapkan pengelola Kartu JKN yang ada di Kantor BPJS Kesehatan agar memberikan informasi mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat, sehingga tidak terjadi adanya keluhan – keluhan di masyarakat.

National health security (JKN) a guarantee in the form of health protection in order for participants to benefit health care and protection in the basic health needs of that given to any person who has paid dues or contributions paid by the Government. Each participant has the right to obtain health services including preventive services, promotif, curative, and rehabilitative medicine services including medical materials and consumables in accordance with the required medical needs.

Research aims to find out how mothers knowledge about users JKN in Ciracas, East Jakarta have checked myself in Ciracas, East Jakarta District Clinics 2014.

This type of research using Qualitative Methods by using the Phenomenological approach, the Informants in this study, i.e. 3 people and 3 people How Mom Manages JKN sampling techniques with purpose, Data can be collected with the use of In-depth interview.

Research results based on the age group, the last of the informant's education, employment, and the number of children of mother Informant parturition. The reasons respondents use JKN because Jampersal has not been put in place and easy to get health services dipuskesmas, besides the card JKN may help reduce the burdens of the economy based on the expected results of JKN Card Manager in the Office of the Health information to give BPJS easily understood by the community, so there happen complaints – complaint society.
