BAB III PENUTUP

Kesimpulan

Setelah praktek kerja industri dilaksanakan, penulis dapat menarik beberapa kesimpulan diantaranya :
1) Kegiatan prakerin sangatlah berguna untuk menambah wawasan dan pengalaman dalam melakukan interaksi di lingkungan kerja yang sesungguhnya.
2) Dengan prakerin dapat melatih siswa bekerjasama menetapkan langkah-langkah dalam suatu pekerjaan
3) Berinteraksi atau menggeluti dunia usaha bukanlah hal yang mudah, ada banyak hal yang perlu dilakukan agar orang yang akan melakukan hubungan kerja dengan kita dapat terkesima akan apa yang kita lakukan /kerjakan.
4) Pembelajaran di dunia kerja melalui prakerin adalah suatu strategi yang memberi peluang kepadda siswa untuk mengalami proses belajar melalui bekerja langsung pada pekerjaan yang sesungguhnya sehinga tidak kaget lagi saat benar-benar terjun ke dunia kerja.

Saran

Berikut saran yang bisa penulis berikan setelah melaksanakan prakerin
1) Saran untuk sekolah :
- Menambah dan mengefektifkan proses praktek produktif
- Perbanyak pemantauan kepada siswa agar dapat mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan siswa di industri
- Meningkatkan sosialisasi ke dunia industri untuk lebih mengetahui perkembangan teknologi dewasa ini
- Menambah waktu pelaksanaan Prakerin sehingga menjadi lebih bermanfaat
- Melakukan survey terlebih dahulu ke industri yang disarankan, sehingga tidak terjadi salah informasi yang di terima oleh siswanya ketika mencari industri untuk melakukan prakerin
2) Saran untuk industri :
- Meningkatkan keselamatan kerja yang ada di bengkel
- Meningkatkan kualitas kerja
- Menambah alat-alat keselamatan kerja
- Mengawasi tindakan siswa yang melakukan prakerin
- Mengefektifkan penggunaan seluruh mesin produksi
- Membuat aturan kerja yang jelas yang harus dipatuhi oleh seluruh direksi dan karyawan sehingga proses produksi berjalan dengan lancar

AdviceThe following suggestions can give a writer after implementing prakerin1) suggestions for the school:-Add and streamline the process of productive practice-Expand monitoring to the students in order to know the extent to which the development of students in the industry-Enhance socialization into the industrialized world to better know this mature technology development-Add implementation time Prakerin so it becomes more useful-Do a survey prior to the recommended industry, so there happen incorrect information received by their students when looking for industry to do prakerin2) suggestions for the industry:-Improving the safety of existing work in the workshop-Improving the quality of work-Add tools safety-Supervises the actions of students who perform prakerin-Streamline the use of the whole production machine-Create a clear work rules that must be obeyed by all directors and employees so that the production process runs smoothly
