Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi 5 tahun pasca erupsi berdasarkan tahapan jalan terjadinya suksesi, lokasi terdampak langsung berawal dari xerosere dan lokasi terdampak tidak langsung berawal dari mesosere. Tahap mesosere memiliki kemampuan kembalinya tumbuhan lebih cepat dibandingkan xerosere, hal ini terbukti mesosere berada pada tingkat agregatiaon sedangkan xerosere berada pada tingkat escessis. Jenis tumbuhan yang tumbuh pada lokasi terdampak langsung meliputi Amprung, Alang-alang, Rumput bambu, Phytirogramma, Edelweis dan Acacia decurrens, sedangkan pada lokasi terdampak tidak langsung meliputi Kerinyu, Pakis, Irengan, Acacia decurrens, Nangka, Alang-alang, dan Amprung.
