The existence of a relationship between the quality of service kefarmasian with a satisfaction rate of patients using the spearman correlation. The research results obtained from the results that there is a relationship between the quality of service kefarmasian with the level of satisfaction of outpatient in Hospital Pharmacy Tk Installation.
