Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara mutu pelayanan kefarmasian dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Tk.II dr.Soepraoen kota Malang dan outcome kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian sebesar 76,99%.
