Independent Of The Subject Character On learning that a realistic approach to CPS using model-assisted Edmodo and on learning that uses model realistic approach to CPS students are divided into three groups, namely the Group of top, middle and bottom of the Group on each class to do observation and interview. A group of top students who have the highest value, the Middle group of students that have value are, and the bottom is the students who have the lowest value. Students who become the subject of research on the realistic approach to CPS learning assisted Edmodo in the study referred to by the code that is S-4, S-6, S-13, S-30, S-01 and S-12 and students who become the subject of research on learning in realistic approach called the CPS code i.e. S-6, S-01, S-31, S-02, S-S-11 and 21. Each subject has a different level of independent characters. Independent character indicators formulated by Hidayati & Listyani (2010), namely (1) behave based on its own initiative; (2) have confidence; (3) ketidakbergantungan on others; (4) discipline; (5) the responsibility; (6) do the self control, used as the basis for the determination of indicators in this study. Based on the results of the tiangulasi of sheets of observation and interview against the subject of the research, results obtained that the subject group representing over on second class eskperimen IE S-4, S-6, S-6, and S-05 already meet all the indicators of independent characters. The subject research group representing middle class in both experiments, namely S-11, S-31, S-31 and S-02 just meet 3-4 indicator characters independent of 6 independent character indicators used in this study. As well as the subject of the research group representing down in both experimental classes namely S-01, S-13, S-13, S-21 and only meet 1-2 indicator characters independent of 6 self-contained character indicators used in this study. The study of model-assisted approach realistic Edmodo CPS and CPS models realistic approach to learning, the sixth of the subject generally experience a change in behavior with different improvement at every meeting. With increased independent character have a tendency of behavior change research subject for the better so it can be said that the learning of Mathematics with a realistic approach to CPS learning model-assisted Edmodo and realistic approach to CPS learning models can develop the character of independent students. This is indicated by a change in attitude and behavior were the subject of research in each of the experimental classes increasing from every meeting. Model CPS assisted Edmodo and realistic approach to model a realistic approach to CPS learning applied to have processes that allow students change behavior and his attitude so as to reflect the characters independently. The Ability Of Mathematical Literacy Subject ResearchSetelah dilaksanakan tes kemampuan literasi matematika pada pembelajaran model CPS pendekatan realistik berbantuan Edmodo dan pada pembelajaran model CPS pendekatan realistik, diperoleh tiga kelompok siswa, yaitu kelompok atas, kelompok tengah, dan kelompok bawah. Berdasarkan hasil triangulasi dari lembar observasi dan wawancara terhadap subjek penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa subjek yang mewakili kelompok atas pada kedua kelas eskperimen yaitu S-16, S-18, S-18, dan S-05 telah memenuhi semua indikator kemampuan literasi matematika. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelompok atas memiliki kemampuan literasi matematika baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan terpenuhinya semua indikator kemampuan proses dalam literasi matematika yaitu meliputi, communication, mathematizing, representation, reasoning and argument, devising strategies for soving problem, using symbol, dan using tools. Subjek S-16 dan S-18 lancar dalam menyelesaikan soal dengan langkah yang runtut dan jelas serta menyelesaikan soal dengan perhitungan yang tepat, dan dapat menyimpulkan jawabannya. Kedua subjek tidak mengalami kesulitan saat mengerjakan soal setipe PISA. Hal ini dapat terjadi, karena dengan pembelajaran CPS pendekatan realistik berbantuan Edmodo, siswa terbiasa mengerjakan soal-soal yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga dapat menyelesaikan soal bertipe PISA. Hal ini sejalan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Istiandaru (2014) yang menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan realistik dapat membantu siswa dalam menyadari kegunaan matematika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Berikut ini hasil tes kemampuan literasi matematika S-16 yang mewaliki subjek kelompok atas.
